Blog Harbor was given a rare behind-the-scenes look at the Gabriel Finger Puppet Theater. They’re currently in rehearsals for the world premiere production of Le Vol de la Princesse. Notice the minimalist set design in stark contrast to the elaborate costumes. This is the signature style of director and legendary performer Caleigh Gabriel.

Hi Mike – This play would be nothing – NOTHING – without Caleigh’s drive, passion and dedication to her craft. The professionalism she brings to the theater is an inspiration to all of us!

Were you nervous in the presence of such greatness? I mean look at her! She’s not only legendary… she’s SO cute!

Terri, you hit on the major problem I’ve had during rehearsals: I can’t stop shaking when I’m “on stage” with the great Lady Caleigh. It’s what I imagine working with artists Judi Dench or Derek Jacobi at the Royal Shakespeare Company would be like. And can I tell you………..she is really demanding!
