A customer whose sister lives where that sign was taken came down and showed me a snapshot of that very sign. I see people texting while driving, and I have to admit I have done it. I dont recomend it and I dont do it on a daily basis. It was during a time when someone needed to get a message. But, I have to take the side of if your going to go after then texters, then you better go after all the other distractions that take place and all the toys in todays cars. How can you just single one out? A distraction is a distraction. I understand texting is said to be the biggest distraction. However, that argument is shallow. If distractions cause accidents, then it doesnt matter what that distraction is. A distraction is a distraction. If a distraction causes a acident that kills, I guess it doesnt matter what it was, it was a distraction pure and simple.

I've texted while driving and am very happy I get to meet Jesus someday!!!
Whoopee!!!
Ha ha ha.
Is that sign on 25th street south in Fargo?
That church has the best messages on their signs all the time. Very good stuff, really makes you think when you read them.

I was in a long line of cars in a left turn lane today, waiting for the arrow to go green. I should have been able to make my turn before the arrow went red, except the driver in front of me failed to move when the cars in front of him did. He was texting. After I honked my horn, he managed to just get through the intersection before the arrow turned red. I got to wait for the next light.

I'm all for the hefty fine.
