Stormchaser Reed Timmer (audio)

One of the most exciting shows on television is Discovery Channel’s Stormchasers. And one of the brightest stars of the program is meteorologist and Grand Rapids (Mich.) native Reed Timmer. It took a little doing but my executive producer, Jill St. John, tracked Reed down… and it was well worth the time and effort. After speaking with Reed for 20 minutes, it’s easy to see how his knowledge of severe weather coupled with his passion and personality has made him one of the brightest stars on cable.
