Microbreweries seem to be the way of the beer world these days. Most larger cities have them, and many smaller ones, too. Here in Fargo, four guys have come together to create the Fargo Beer Company. When you consider all that now exists in Fargo – the plethora of arts offerings, three major universities, great restaurants and bars, plenty of shopping, etc. – it only makes sense that now, we also have a microbrewery.
