Dr. Michael Oppenheimer: A Measured Voice of Reason on Climate Change (audio)
Christopher Gabriel | Aug 15, 2012 | Comments 0
Dr. Michael Oppenheimer is the Albert G. Milbank Professor of Geosciences and International Affairs in the Woodrow Wilson School and the Department of Geosciences at Princeton University. He’s also been a long-time participant in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) which won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007.
His extensive body of work is as impressive as any scientist in the world which has led to numerous appearances on television programs including ABC’s This Week, Nightline, The News Hour, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Charlie Rose, The Colbert Report.
I invited Dr. Oppenheimer on the program because he’s always been a measured voice of reason when climate change is on the table. He has a way of breaking things down in a way people who aren’t elite science minds can understand.
