Mi-Ai Parrish, President/Publisher of the Arizona Republic on Death Threats and Endorsing a Democrat
Mi-Ai Parrish, President and Publisher of the Arizona Republic, joined me just days ahead of the November 8, 2016 presidential election to discuss death threats delivered to her and staff members. The reason for the threats? Her publication, for the first time in more than 125 years, endorsed someone other than a Republican choosing Hillary Clinton.
Listening back now to what she offered then, considering we are beginning just the second month of the Trump White House, is quite compelling.
Regardless of which side of the aisle you reside on, Ms. Parrish’s measured but resolute views will elicit a response.
